Club Salino rules concerning:

General issues

  1. Urbanisation to have an elected President and a Committee of 6 Members who are advisors to the president.

  2. President decision is final (Spanish Law)

  3. Only ONE committee member in each house, permanent residents only.

  4. President elected for one year, re-election required (Spanish Law)

  5. Committee members elected for one year, re-election required

  6. Residents are responsible for all necessary consents or Planning permission for any alternation to the Property (Spanish Law)

  7. No changes to exterior rendering of walls (Spanish Law)

  8. President’s consent required for use of the tops of boundary walls (Spanish Law). This will require Neighbours written consent.

  9. Dogs to be kept on a leash within the Urbanisation (any fouling to be cleared).

  10. Gardens to be kept to a clean and tidy standard.

  11. Community charge to be equal by all residents.                             

  12. Residents letting properties to ensure copy of statues left in the property for occupancy compliance.

  13. Minutes of committee meetings to be displayed on the notice board until the next meeting.

  14. President to receive 100 €uro per month for expenses.

  15. Residents responsible for maintaining any plants put round council trees.

  16. Financial budgets set by President and Administrator within the fiscal year with the advice from the committee (Spanish Law)

  17. One vote per household.

  18. Admission to the pool facilities by card authorised by the Committee. Card issued after payment of community fees.

 

Green areas

  1. No animals on the green area

  2. No ballgames on the green area

 

Swimming pools

  1. Under 8 years old company with adults.

  2. Shower before swimming.

  3. No litter.

  4. Only bathing clothes.

  5. No ball games.

  6. No glass.

  7. No food.

  8. No noise.

  9. No diving.

  10. No rough play.

  11. No animals.

  12. No inflatables.

  13. Pools are open from 9am - 10pm  (09:00 -22:00)

 

Roads within the area

  1. 20 km/h speed limit.

  2. Parking only in allotted areas.

  3. Oil spills must be cleaned by owners.

Normas en general

  1. Urbanisacion con un presidente eleccionado y un comite de 6 miembros de asesores para el presidente.

  2. La decicion del presidente sera la final (segun ley espaņola)

  3. Solamente UN mienbro del comite en cada casa, residentes permanentes solo.

  4. Presidente elecionado por un aņo, se requiere reeleccion (segun ley espaņola)

  5. Miembros del comite eleccionados por un aņo, se requiere reeleccion.

  6. Los residentes son responsables de todo los permisos de obra para cualquier reforma de la vivienda.

  7. Prohibido modificar las interpretaciones de las paredes.

  8. Se requiere aprobacion del presiddente para delimitar las paredes (segun ley). Para esto se necesita aprobacion de lo vecinos por escrito.

  9. Perros mantenerlos atados dentro de la urbanisacion (se limpia despues de las necesidades del los animales)

  10. Los jardinas mentenerlos limpios y en buen estandard

  11. Gastos comunitarios seran iguales para todos los residentes.

  12. Los recidentes deben mantener una copia de los presentes documentos en caso de reclamaciones del propietario.

  13. Los minutos de las reuniones de comite seran revelados en el tablero hasta la proxima reunion.

  14. El presidente resivira 100 euros mensuales para gastos.

  15. Los residentes se hacen responsables por mantenicion de arboles a los alrededores

  16. Presupuestos financiales se establecen por el presidente y el administrador durante el aņo y con el concejo del comite.

  17. Un voto por vivienda.

  18. Acceso a las intalaciones de la piscina con tarjeta autorizadas por el comite una vez una vez pagado los gastos de comunidad

 

Zonas verdes

  1. Animales prohibidos en las zonas verdes

  2. Prohibidos los juegos de balones en las zonas verdes

 

Piscinas

  1. Menores de 8 aņos con compaņia de adultos

  2. Ducharse antes de acceder a la piscina

  3. Prohibido basura

  4. Solo ropa de baņo

  5. Prohibido juegos con balones

  6. Prohibido cristales

  7. Prohibido alimentos

  8. Prohibido hacer ruido

  9. Prohibido zambullir

  10. Prohibido el juego agresivo

  11. Prohibidos los animales

  12. Prohibido todo tipo de articulo flotable

  13. HORARIOS DE PISCINA A PARTIR DE 09.00 HASTA 22.00

 

Normas calles interiores

  1. Limite de velocidad 20 km/h

  2. Parking solamente en sitios permitidos

  3. Perdidas de aceite se limpia por parte de los propietarios.
